Pyrolysis is usually hidden inside industrial equipment, technical diagrams and specialist language. MicroPyro turns that hidden process into a desktop demonstration model that people can see, operate and understand.

Designed for educators, researchers, R&D teams, circular-economy projects, local authorities and organisations working with biochar, waste and carbon removal, MicroPyro helps explain the operating logic of a continuous rotary-kiln system without needing access to a live plant. The complexity of heat, combustion, process gases and industrial-scale equipment is removed, allowing users to focus on understanding how material moves through the process.

By adjusting feed rate, drum RPM and discharge speed, users can explore how material properties, throughput and residence time interact in a continuous process.
