A desktop-scale demonstrator of a continuous rotary kiln process. Built to make feed rate, residence time, material movement and throughput visible in a way full-scale systems cannot.
The next development step: moving from visible cold demonstration towards a small heated system for process learning, biochar outputs, testing and clearer technical communication.
FutureBright is also carrying the lessons from commercial-scale plant development, MicroPyro and heated demonstrators towards a new reactor type and a more defined technical product pathway.
